Pesto & Tomato Angel Hair Pasta

 Pesto Well Lean Angel Hair Pasta


  • Well Lean Angel Hair - 1 Serving
  • 2 cups of fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts (or walnuts)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan

Grinding Pesto  


  1. Combine basil and pine nuts in food processor until finely chopped
  2. Slowly drizzle olive oil into food processor—keep processor on slow or pulse
  3. Add cheese into processor and mix until just combined evenly
  4. Rinse Well Lean Angel Hair pasta under running water and strain until dry
  5. For cold dish, mix pesto with thoroughly strained pasta. For hot dish, place pasta into boiling water until hot and strain thoroughly then mix in pesto
  6. Add sliced or whole cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  7. Enjoy!
