We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do everything we can to make it right.
Exchanges / Cancellation
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is by contacting us as soon as you notice any type of problems. We will send you a replacement order if you are eligible for an exchange.
We will notify you once we have determined your eligibility for a refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or on a Well Lean gift card. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
