Importance of Nutrition & Wellness

Hello all and welcome back! :)

Today we wanted to talk a little about the importance of nutrition!
Understanding what foods you are putting into your body and how they may affect it is vital to your everyday life.

Great nutrition is when your body gets all the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals it requires to perform at its best.

There are so many benefits that can come from maintaining good nutrition!

  • Improved well-being
  • Improved energy levels
  • Increased ability to fight illness
  • Increased ability to recover from injury
  • Reduce the risk of some diseases (EX: heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers, and osteoporosis)
  • Reduce high blood pressure
  • Lower high cholesterol
