I like these noodles. They are an excellent substitute. Not fishy. Of course, regular noodles are always better, but these are the best I've come around!

These noodles are a great low carb alternative for pho & soups. Have yet to try them with a marinara or other sauce. The texture is firm and chewy and holds its shape. Replenished my supply. I do wish there was a 10 bag purchase choice.

I decided to get serious about my diet on Feb 24th, 2020 and rather than just cutting carbs, committed to learning and tracking calories, which was a fairly quick learning curve yet took some effort. In researching possibilities I found Well Lean and haven't looked back. It took a little getting used to, yet in my opinion the noodles are about 80% as good as real pasta and take on the flavor of the sauce where I make dishes with a clean protein, like scallops or, shrimp or sliced steak or ground beef and mix it with sauces like marinara, pesto, garlic with a little butter, soy, etc. I've found numerous combinations, and with a good appetite generally use two packs of noodles per dinner, so filling yet only 28 calories and without the carbs (of which I found myself in keto without trying very hard). These dinners are between 4-600 calories for my main meal. Adding a good salad with balsamic vinegar (100 cal), a Premier Protein shakes with berries for breakfast and again a frozen shake with berries for desert I can easily stay under 1200 cal per day which is equivalent to about 2.5 pounds weight loss per week. With this, it took less than four months to loose 33 pounds, and now exactly where I want to be, glucose back to normal and feel plenty of energy again. And now I'm eating the noodles 4-5 times per week while enjoying whatever I want yet in moderation, and maintaining exactly where I want to be. So I can definitely state that Well Lean noodles (and sometimes rice) have been the critical cornerstone of my diet. I have recommended Well Lean to several friends who are now bennifiting as well. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
